By accessing or using Studio Architect (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Studio Architect is a web-based tool for designing, documenting, and sharing studio and stage setups, including gear routing and related information.
The Service may change over time, and features may be added, modified, or removed.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create or upload (“User Content”).
By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process your User Content solely for operating and improving the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
- Illegal or unauthorized use
- Abusive, harmful, or infringing content
- Reverse engineering or disruption of the Service
- Unauthorized access to other users’ data
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance and may auto-renew unless canceled. Refunds are provided only as required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Studio Architect and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of user content, or compatibility with specific hardware or software.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Architect shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of business.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
