The Sequential Prophet-5 is a 5-voice analog polyphonic synthesizer, first introduced in 1978. It was the first synthesizer with fully programmable sound memory, allowing users to save and recall patches instantly. The Rev4 model, released in 2020, faithfully recreates the original's analog circuitry while adding modern features like USB and MIDI connectivity, velocity, and aftertouch sensitivity.
